Client’s requirements
- To create a self adhesive label with a 100% coverage image which would be visible on both sides of the substrate
Challenges
- As a substitute to the standard reverse printing on the adhesive we used an innovative process to avoid killing the adhesive due to the 100 % ink coverage
- 11 colours required a double pass using our state-of-art machinery

- 4 colour process flexo + 3 hit of flexo white + 4 colour process flexo + varnish
