Soprodal - KV Reinigingmelk Range
Project Overview
- To deliver an entire range of labels to Holland within a short period of time after problems with a previous supplier prompted Sopradol to move the label business for its KV Reinigingmelk range to AJS.
Challenges
- To create a label range without specifications and using only samples supplied by the customer, which had been produced by another printer.
- To create foil-looking colour on the clear-on-clear substrate.
Solutions
- To use blockable cold foiling to allow the printing of a pantone colour on top.
- To use high slip varnish to prevent ink scratching off the foil.
Print data:
- 3 flexo + 1 silk screen + cold foil + flexo + varnish
Result
- Clear on clear self-adhesive label with a colour foil-looking finish
